The right to accept returns is solely the decision of Vivaah Silks. In case returns are made by customers where there has been no fault on part of Vivaaha Silks, the entire shipping cost must be borne with customers. Sarees thus returned must be unused and should be in original condition and packaging. Also courier services of international standards must be used and the liability rests entirely on the sender in the event of the loss of product while shipping the product back.

The refund payment will be done via direct online bank transfers. In case of online purchases via debit/ credit card/ net banking, the refund will be through reversal of the transaction and will be done within 15 days from receiving the product.
